More sustainable than sustainable fashion
A bespoke DB suit from English vintage cloth. The solid drape and the saturated blue color are properties you cannot really find among fabrics today.
Fortunately, we can add, when it comes to the deep colour. Until the late 1970s the British mills could apply dyes that were very effective, but not friendly to the environment. Yet, the cloth already woven we can of course use with good consciousness today. In fact bespoke suits from vintage cloth is more sustainable than most sustainable fashions.
I combine the suit with MTO suede loafers from Carmina and a bespoke tie from Dreaming of Monday.
