We don’t like our clothing items to become too aligned. We want a  little nonchalance.

However, there might be a different path to overcome a neatly coordinated appearance. That is to match items overtly bringing a bit of fun to the situation.

As an example, a hero from The Sartorialist’s universe matching a very orange knit tie with very orange socks.
