I spoke about balancing effects. Here’s another example. The palette is densely blue. To add some interest the man uses patterns in shirt, tie and hosiery, that is, stripes and foulards. Maybe he is overdoing it a little. Black shoes and no fancy glasses might have been better choices. Nonetheless I like it.
