In contrast to last few years I’ve found the most recent version of the carnival on the Arno to be very interesting. Some very nice outfits without too many parrots. Muted colours and in general some very nice overcoats. I really like Andrea Luparelli of Sartoria Ripense. He looks very Italian without the rather comedian elements, if I went for an Italian upgrade of my style, this is what I would look for.
