The height and construction of trousers vary, unless you always wear the same cut. Most of us are not that disciplined, so one pair of braces will not be enough.
We need braces in different lengths and designs, so the buckles on the front can be placed below our chest, where they make less noise, and so that the joint on the back will lie flat. My latest challange came with trousers from Arnulf. I had to have a pair of braces altered to make them fit the trousers and me.

How do you go about coordinating Braces? In the pic above, you seem to do so with your shirt?
Also, you have the buttons on the outside of your trousers? Personal choice? Do they confer more comfort?

Yes, in the pic I go with the shirt. There will more possibilities, of course. I don’t feel braces have to match another colour in the attire. One could argue, perhaps, that the leather ends should match the shoe colour more or less. The buttons on the outside is a personal choice, for comfort, yes.
